Finrite Administrators re cellphone

Good day,

I submitted a claim for a ****** cellphone on the 22/03/2017 to Finrite Insurance. By the 27/03/2017, I still hadn't received a response so decided to give them a call. I was advised to make a payment of R300 of which is the access fee. I called again on the 30/0/2017 and was told by Abigail that Finrite tried to contact me on the number of the ****** phone. I advised her that I placed my cellphone number on record of which they should call. She said that they assumed we had done a sim swop and was still using the number of the ****** phone. I said to her that they had my number on record and they should not make any assumptions. She said all they were waiting for was delivery details. I gave her my work address. She made her own arrangements to have the phone delivered to the Cresta branch of which I had to go collect. I made 3 phone calls to her advising that I cannot collect from Cresta as it I did not have transport and live in Lenasia. She was extremely abrupt on the phone, unprofessional as she kept on interrupting me when I was talking, made promises to call me of which she did not keep. She has absolutely no telephone etiquette and should not be in a customer service environment. Eventually I got extremely upset and asked for her managers email address. She tried to make a whole lot of excuses and did not give me her manager's email address but slammed the phone in my ear instead. I called again and spoke to Veronica who has been trying to get my phone to me in vain. Either they cannot get the tracking number, can’t get hold of their procurement department, can’t get hold of the driver, etc. Every time I call the ********** 675 number, I wait between 20 to 33 minutes to get through. Today is the 04/04/2017, still no phone and they have no idea when I can have my phone. I have made up to 10 phone calls, They record all their calls so this information can be obtained from them at any time (as per the voice recording). I have lots all confidence in this company and don’t know what to do.

I advised them that I would be contacting Hello Peter, hoping that it would get the message across, but this is all in vain. I am now writing to you.

Thank you

Regards
Aa'isha
