Finrite administrators poor service

I have insured cellphones with them through Edgars, now on the 10/08/2020 I've sent 2 cellphones a Huawei Y7 and a Samsung J7 for repairs through Edgars, until now I haven't received my cellphones an have had no correspondence with them When I went to Edgars on the 20/10/2020 , I was told the since the store was taken over by RCS they have cut ties with Finrite and we the customers have to deal with them directly. But when I try to call them it rings and listen to music for over 30 minutes without any assistance from their end. I don't know what to do anymore because I want my phones because they are still catching on their premiums
