Finrite Administrators Please Just Sort OUT my Issue - Thats all i am asking for

<p>14 June 2017 I handover my phone to Finrite Administrators that was fully functional but had a cracked screen so i needed the phone fix. I ha to pay R680.00 to get it fix after the repair center did they analysis and said it can be fixed 2 weeks later I am told its beyond economical repair then the call centre agent said i need to pay R512.00 to get a new Device as there is nothing that they can do. So i paid the R512 today and called the Finrite Administrators to find out that they got the payment when can i get my phone. Today i was told that no we actually dont have the phone in stock and we not sure when we will have it, I should just keep calling them to find out. That really doesnt make sense to me. So i was told to get an iphone 6 128GB i need to pay a further R3300.00 to get a phone because thats the phone they have in stock so in total just to get a phone i need to cough up R4500.00. That really doesnt make sense to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I didnt have a phone, i had to buy a phone so i could recieve calls because you guys were taking long.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just feel like you guys are milking me off every cent of money that i dont even have. This is really unfair, i need a phone. the iphone 6 that i had and no other brand.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not even the full story but I am really unhappy with your service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sorry for escalating things but i need my issue resolve.</p>
