Finrite Administrators on behalf of Telkom Mobile

Finrite Administrators is an organization that assists with Telkom insurance claims. I lost my phone on 7/10/2019 reported it, and sent through all the required documentation. The process is overly long, and without any valid explanation. I was told that it takes 2/3 days to find out if they have my device in their warehouse!! If there is no device I will have await a document with the available options for me to choose from, and from there I will wait for them to go to their ****** warehouse again to get the device, and then after that continue to wait for delivery!!! I am pretty sure the month will end without a new device :(

Telkom clients do not waste your time getting this organizations insurance when offered!!!! They do not uphold their organization to any reasonable service times to help clients when they are in need of assistance.

Finrite administrators did not get into contact with me. Instead, I called them, they claim they sent me an e-mail but it was sent to the wrong e-mail address not the one we have been using for our unnecessary long communications. Instead of sending me my e-mail they forwarded details of another client and their internal communications.
