FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS - NEED URGENT HELP

I gave my cellphone in for repairs 4th November and to date 30th Dec 2021 i have not got it back from Finrite. i paid the access long ago and never can get into contact with any of them. Their staff are absolutely useless. When i did get through i was transferred from 1 person to the next with no help until i was cut off. I have had enough of this and their service really is so bad that 1 STAR rating is just too much for Finrite. I cannot believe that Edgars would affiliate themselves with such a poor service provider. I have no idea what else to do now and i would never recommend anybody to take out insurance with Edgars for their cellphones if its through Finrite. Finrite should actually shut their doors as we pay them a monthly fee and they never do what they have promised to do...CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME
