FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS MUST FALL!!!!!!!

The fact that this company is still operating, it buffles me! And the fact that telkom uses them as an insurance provider, its sickening!Finrite never gets anything right, second time am dealing with them and I thought I'll give them the benefit of doubt, and yet again they have proven to be one *********** and unreliable bunch!!It's been over a month now since I paid 2k to have my phone replaced, still nothing, I have made contact with them several times but it has come to nothing, I even sent an email to their complaints department, did they respond, nope! let alone acknowledge my email,and its so frustrating that I have to call them every single time to get feedback. On Tuesday I called again and spoke to Masego and she advised that I'll get feedback on Thursday, its Saturday today,nobody called, no email, nothing!! #FINRITEMUSTFALL!!!
