Finrite Administrators is Disgusting

This is the most appalling company I've ever dealt with. I have never in my life had to deal with such poor service the company does not answer phone calls I have been trying for 3 days straight I have been sending several follow up emails and no response have been made since.

I made my claim on the 17th of February to day is the 27th of February and am still yet to get back feedback on what might excess fee is. After losing my belongings the last thing I need is to go through this process as a paying customer monthly I expect the best service I am going to cancel my with Finrite right after this experience. The call center agents that I have dealt with are very *********** and rude, they dropped the phone and they don't even make the means to give you the feedback by calling you back after holding for 30 full minutes.

I am definitely going to cancel my insurance with Finrite after this dreadful and painful experience.

I would advise anybody who is with them to not have to go through the trauma I have and cancel the insurance because they are not worth it they are very disgusting and terrible company to deal with.

I have read all of the reviews on Hello Peter and it's a pity it has come to this because I am upset to put it nicely.

I just want a new cell phone that is all!!!!
