finrite administrators has no honesty and integrity

******* !!!! it is officially 3 months and claim hasn't been finalized. My mother bought a cell phone from game and insured it with Finrite. Phone was damaged and was sent for repairs. Cell phone was non repairable and my mother would be given her 600 insured amount back. to this day NO 600 and we have paid finrite the 150 excess.
