Finrite Administrators

On the 9th of November my mom logged a claim with them. We have been calling them for over 3 weeks only for them to tell me repeatedly that my mom's documents aren't on their system. I have called and emailed them for a full month, only yesterday(9th November 2021) do they actually send me the documents to sign. When I finally do sign them, they're telling me my claim is 30 days late. Finrite is a ****, don't ever take out an insurance with them for any device. A lady I spoke to said my claim was now 32 days late. Because apparently now a day at finrite counts as 30 days. Don't ever take a policy with them, we have been paying insurance only for them to duck and dive when it's time to take out the email. Thank you to Zunaid and his team leader Mar*** who actually tried their best helping us. But don't ever take out a device insurance with Finrite.
