Finrite Administrators cheating customers

I have a cellphone insurance with vodacom, administrated by Finrite Administrators. My device according to the contract is R7500, however Finrite is forcing me to take up a cellphone worth only R5600. The funny thing is that they are telling me that my claim is approved for R7500, however I can only take a cellphone to the value of R5600. The consultants that I spoke to, 3 to be exact have plain right refused when I asked to speak to the supervisor or the manager.
