Finrite Administrators - cellphone insurance claim - non payment

I have been waiting since 06/2019 for a response on the progress of my cellphone insurance claim and to date you have not responded. Policy number CEL*** Samantha Hartebees and Kevin Stevens have not responded to my email that I sent through on 18/07/2019 that Ceridwen forwarded after I sent my email to Info@finrite.

Why do you have a info email address but never respond to client queries.
