Finrite administrators bad service

Im so disappointed with the finrite administrators , i have since reported a ****** phone since last year December, my claim reference number is 46492, MA Molokomme .i have spoken to Jodi she promised me lies , sayings i will get my phone on the 28 of January 2021, since then there's no communication from them, and they are not picking up my calls anymore. They have been debiting the monthly installments with no fail
