finrite administrators at it again

its now safe to conclude that finrite is a **** insurance company or whatever they call themselves. the other day on the 5th of August 2019, I wrote on here about them, they had declined my insurance claim because of a sim card of which I received communication from their complaints department that the claim was declined in error. I am currently going through the same thing now and it is very sad that I have to come back on here to complain about this company.

1st they said it is declining due to usage cos last time the phone was used it was in july!!! then they turned and said no, it because the contract sim card was not inserted, first of all, when I got my phone with the last claim, no one bothered to help me with the contract sim card that I lost now i have to stick it out while they are declining my claim??

what the hell is this??
