FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS ARE ******** WHO ONLY TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR AND REFUSE TO GIVE SERVICES,THEIR AGENTS ARE PATHETIC!

I have a telkom contract, they offered me to insure my phone with finrite adminisrtators,my pbone fell accidentally ,those people took my phone for 3 months (supposed to be repaired) and havent got back to me even now, when i call to find out whats the progress on my phone either they hang up on me or they too rude to tell me that they dont take my money...telkom does,

Now they still debit on my account every month but they refuse literally to give services,i am running a business with that phone and i lost clients,i am loosing my business because of them .
