Finrite Administrators are just a joke

I lodged a claim on Friday the 28th of February 2020 and up to now i have no clue what is going on, what is the point of paying for insurance if they are not even available. If they can't provide the service they should not claim to be able to do so.I feel like cancelling the policy and tell others not to have the same pain
