Finrite Administrators are a ****!!!

It has been over a month now since i have submitted my insurance claim with no feedback from Finrite or Telkom. I have called in almost every day asking about the progress of the claim submission where i am always told to wait for an sms. I have been waiting for an sms for over a month. I have asked to speak to a supervisor with no assistance.

What actions do i need to take in order to receive feedback or my claim? This is highly ********* of Finrite and Telkom as i always make sure that my insurance payments are always made.
