Finrite administrators and vodacom insurance are the worst company to fo business with.

I am insured with vodacom insurance through Finrite administrators. I have never work work with incompitant consultant like like finrite. Firstly they answer and keep you on hold forever until phone cuts and they don't return calls. When you call you speak to different consultant who don't have a clue on what they are doing. Different information from different people. No one policy. I am a week with no business phone and I can't do my business. Everyday goes by I loose money and they don't care. It takes them 7 days to give me proof of payment. I am frustrated Vodacom customer. What happened to vodacom?
