Finrite Administrators and Telkom Insurance

I am extremely disappointed in fact angered by this company I had my iPhone 7 plus inured with them and ended up losing it. once I claimed for the device I received the iPhone 8 (not the plus) this is a complete downgrade since the phone is a lot smaller and its value is almost R 3000.00 less.

Not to mention the poor service I have been receiving during my claim I spent close to R 200.00 on airtime while I was trying to get through to an agent that was evidently poorly trained.

This is my last contract with Telkom
