FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS AND ITS EMPTY PROMISES

Almost 2 weeks since my claim was approved and only today being the 4th of April 2019 i'm told my phone hasn't arrived at Finrites repair center. on Monday the 1st of April 2019 i received a call after the complain lodged regarding Finrite and its POOR service from Kubeshnie working in Finrites Complaints division. Kubeshnie promised me a speedy and smooth process in resolving this query but till this day i have not received any form of communication from Finrite. i called your call center about 10 min ago and spoke to Kutloano mutle who informed me that my phone has not reached the repairs center and i will only get feedback on Monday the 8th of April 2019. Kubeshnie in any business operations, being truthful and adhering to customer needs informs the success of your business. the feedback you promised i will get on the status of my phone and the repairs thereof was it just a publicity stunt in saving the image of Finrite Administrators? as i wait, can i please also be informed of the policy cancellation process as id like to cancel my policy. i cant be a paying customer for such appauling service!!!! i will wait for Finrites response once again.....

Dear Finrite Administrators, Thank You Kubeshnie for the feedback but i still stance still remains that FINRITES service is really Appauling!!!!! just close shop or go back to the drawing board and come up with new innovative ways of dealing with customer needs especially the level of service which needs to be equal to the level of money they pay. all answers can be found in our complaints!!!!
