FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS

I've had finrite administrators as insurance for my phone. I've had the insurance since July 2018. Finrite advised me through a document that if I claim during the first 12 months of my insurance policy then I'd be liable to pay an access fee for the repairs. I have now had the policy for 24 months, I have sent my phone in for repairs, and despite their regulations, they still asking me to pay an access fee to get my phone repaired.

I have tried to dispute this by sending emails and calling their offices, but they have not responded at all. I am frustrated with them and wouldn't advise anyone to use their services.
