Finrite Administrators
I have a cellphone insurance policy with Telkom Insurance which is administered by Finrite Administrators. I made my 1st claim early this month (04/07/2019) and the whole process is SUPRA SLOW. I always have to call and follow up with Finrite Administrators before i get any feedback, which consumes a lot of airtime. So today (22/07/2019) after a lengthy wait, I get my Cellphone deviled to me, only to find out it is the wrong model. Now I have to wait on them to get their affairs in order, while i suffer for their mishandled situation.
