Finrite administrator is ***

I recieved a call from them to insure 2 of my devices the offer was ohk .i took the insurance. When Vodacom sends me my policy I realized that i have been insured for devices i do not own. I called them to find out they put me on hold for an hour and took my details said they will call back. They ddnt call back.

I called again today and no one is willing to assist me. They say i must fill in forms to change devices, i must go to the Internet cafe to correct this.

I want the insurance to be canceled now
