Don't take phone insurance with Telkom Finrite. They are ****** and ********, I had a phone insurance with them and my phone was damaged. Huawei P20 lite 64 gig, with camera rear 24mp, 16mp, front 16mp and 2mp and they want to replace it with 13mp phone, and I have to R350 instalment at telkom for the remaining of 24months contract. That is nonsense n they don't want to refund you the premiums and they even charge R500 basic. The phone they are offering as replacement you can buy cheaper. Please people stay away from Telkom Finrite Administrator. They number is ********** 734
