Finrite Administration is just horrible

I'm only rating Finrite 1 because there aren't any lesser options, they deserve a minus 100. Worst service ever, worst experience of my life. I've been waiting for my device for nearly 2 months now and nobody seems to care to call and let me know what's going on.

I keep on calling and every time I'm told to wait for 48 hours. Or I'm told an agent will get in touch with me but nothing happens until I call myself and still get no direct answers.This experience has been really stressful
