I logged a claim in December and was told by my local telkom shop that I had to pay R250 ,which was paid immediately. Then got told that it was for a pervious claim. I have been emailing a person for the last 4 months who just does not was to help and now my claim has been suspended. When I phone this person is always on lunch and does not answer emails. ***
