TFG Mobile is a sick joke

two months ago I took my phone to Markham so that they could take it for repairs. When my phone had been gone for four weeks I started inquiring at the store but they would not give me clear answers so I called the insurance FinRite but they also did not give me clear answers. My phone was only collected today from Markham. insuring your phone Finrite is so useless.
