Vodacom cell phone insurance now falls under Finright administration. They failed tpupdate the current customer accounts rendering the previously insured customer uninsured. My account was back paid a month ago ..... my account still is not updated - thus cannot claim Try to get hold of them telephonically ..... it is impossible
