Finnrite is the worst administrator, I need to cancel ASAP

I'm absolutely disappointed in the service I receive from Finrite every time I have a claim. It does not ever go a smoothly as their monthly debit order reminders. Now I practically being accused of submitting a ********** claim.

And being asked why my claim is not within 30 days of the incident, where they have been offline, and load shedding played a part and all other sources that they rely on for a claim to be processed failed.
