Finite must stop toying with us

I insured my Huawei 9s last year for 6800 but unfortunately, I was ****** and when I claimed finrite only approved me for 5000. They asked me to pay 500 access fee which I did pay now they are offering me a phone with a value if 3000 and they saying thats all they have. This is so unbelievable.
