Finite is a ****

I made a claim on the 5th of January and paid the excess amount required on the same day, from that day I heard nothing from you till I called back on the 12th of January and only then was my order placed, I was told to wait 5 working days for the device to be delivered to me, I called back on the 21st was promised delivery of the device which did not arrive, and on the 22nd I called following up on the claim, till today I've had no proper assistance. I called back on the 30th but only for my call to be dropped while being transferred to the team leader.
