Finerite worst insurance company

i claimed with finrite for close to a month now and still havent recieved my phone. i have paid the excess amount. everytime when i call they say my claim is being sent for assessment. The consultant Vusimuzi refused to transfer me to Management. I sent an email to complaints still no responce. I sent an email to management Natasha and Andile no respose. This is the worst insurance company that i had to deal with they dont care about there customers at all. The worst thing is that you cant even complain to management about the bad experience that they give you.
