Finerite insurance approved my claim and made me pay more and they ran away from me without a device.

I had good insurance with Edcon. Edcon sold us to Finerite. I lost a phone and made a claim. Claim was approved and they made me pay for reconnection fee, I did pay it. They offered me phones of different prices and I paid a shortfall of R600. Reconnection R200. Claim was approved. Went to the store countless times to ask them send my phone . They keep telling me I will get a call. It really sounds like a **** . My claim was approved and on top of that they made me pay more and they do not reply any email . The rest of my life I never experienced such a pathetic service. To all edcon insurance people we have been sold to a company that does not care about their clients . Finerite where are you ??????????
