Finerite and edgars cellphone insurance

Finrite repair centre terrible service.

I just got off the phone call with finrite and now they saying no faults are found in my phone. This is impossible when I have been struggling with that phone for month, the speaker/mic only work sometimes, and when I am taking calls people cannot hear me this is very frustrating to have this problem. Also when sending voice notes through whatsapp my sent voice notes are blank and nothing. Secondly the wifi I must stand close to the router in order for my phone to be connected to wifi.

Please note that my phone initially came in their for a screen repair because the screen was blank, ever since finerite repaired that phone new problems have occurred and this is the 3rd time phone is with them. I am not taking that phone back unless they can confirm its 100% working, they cannot tell me they cant find faults. I suggest one of them keep phone for a week and see how the mic and wifi is problematic.

My phone has to be repaired or the phone has to be deemed beyond repair but I am not coming in the 4th time to repair a phone and sit with no phone every time.
