FIINRITE IS A ****
The worst insurance company ever to date. They have had my damaged phone for close to 2 months now with no communication whatsoever. They just give me the run around when I have already paid the excess fee and my Telkom is up to date which I had missed two payments due to the lockdown. So disgusted at their service.
