Fenrite Insurance Cancellation

I am so hurt that every month I have to pay debit order that I do no want for Fenrite insurance for Telkom. Last year December, I wrote a letter to Fenrite the cancelling the insurance but no luck up until now. I tried to call Telkom and they refer me back to Fenrite which you cannot get hold of them on their call centre. I am paying for the insurance that I do not need. I even sent an email to Telkom manager but still no luck. Please advise where can I get help about this
