FED UP

For the longest time of almost 4 months I have received my phone back, I have requested it to be unrepaired yes, but to receive more damages and a missing stylus is damn ridiculous!

I just called the call center and an agent by the name of Carol answered and all she could do was say "ah mam I am sending an email you will have to wait till end of business day" I can already tell that they will not get back to me cause this is now a burden I must bare, Why the hell am I paying for this if there is no DAMN service.

My phone came back with 3 additional cracks and missing stylus to my note 8, these people CLEARLY DO NOT CARE, I am taking this further. Because these damages were not made by me and I know now they will edit their little assessment document cause this is how they deal with things.
