Failure to replace a lost Cellphone

<p>Finrite Administrators (Telkom Insurance) </p> <p>The insurace company doesnt want repalce Iphone 5S which i have being paying preminums to the insurance company. Instead they want to offer me a different but on the contract it state that "</p> <p>"Total loss - at Telkom's discretion we will replace the equipment subject to the maximum limit of indemnity as follows:-<br /> • with the same model; or <br /> • Should the Equipment no longer be available, we will replace with another model of the same or similar specification, value and availability at the time of indemnification."</p> <p>I have stated to them that the iphone 5s is still available in the market and i was advise that the supplier doesnt have the iphone 5s anymore.</p> <p>Is it my fault the supplier doesnt have iphone 5s or is the insurance company is bulling me and Breach of contract the contract that i have with them.</p>
