failure to honor commitment by Finrite Administrators, mislead by Game Store to purchase bogus insurance in their store.

Kindly note i did not receive any joy from FInrite Admistrators, and Game Store, Game Store has allowed the bogus insurance to operate in thier stores dispite many compliants against Finrite Administrators underwritten by Hollard. I logded a claim in March 2019, approved in June 2019, Made follow-up since then, but the finrite keeps on promising to deliver its now months, they claim their turn-around is 7 days but months has passed. I lodged another compalint with Game Stores since this insurance company is operating in their stores, but they too can't help and take responsibility for allowing bogus company to mislead and operate in their stores. people should be aware of this bogus company, kindly assist I need, all of my premuims, excess and aditional amount paid to this bogus company, Hollard is also involved, they are reaping us. they are so ******* to the core.
