Failure to deliver / Extremely bad service

It seems the telkom finrite insurance company puts money as their first priority above their customer satisfaction . In each and every claim it is obvious that you will pay an excess fee ,but the funny part is that they are quick to tell you the amount of money you need to pay ,but they are slow to deliver . Even when you have paid and sent them all the necessary documents regarded as proof of payment they still don't deliver your device or whatever thing that you have insured with them . Honestly ,I would not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to insure their assets .There seems to be no assurity ,and no guarantee that your goods will be replaced in case of any event that they get ****** ,broken or damaged. It was the first and definitely the last time I use them to secure my gadgets .I regret whole heartedly and I'm extremely dissapointed .
