Failed Repairs

I bought a huawei G510 phone last year Feb and insured it. in december last year i realised that it wasnt charging. when i put in on charger it would show that lightning signal that its charging but when i go to my settings and go under battery it shows battery not charging so i sent it to edgard eyethu mall and they sent it for repairs...these people have had my phone from the 16 of december until the 28 of Jan. I sent my sister to go fetch it on the 29 of Jan because i had phoned and they said my phone is fixed. i tested the phone when i got home only to find out that they didnt fix it, it still says battery not charging and i have paid an axcess fee of 90.
