Failed honour their promise

The Finrite insurance is such a useless ******* company. on the 29/03/2019 I logged a claim for my stollen cell phone, they said within 7days they will repond, but they failed, I contacted by logging a complain on the 16/04/2019, On the 26June , I called them again, claim number was issued, excess of R160 paid, they later phone to advice a delivery date after three days, but still failed again, 29/08/2019 adviced to add money because the device is discountinued, i did pay additional R600, and they promise to delever within 7 days, they failed again. the are so ******* to the core, I would now need refund. I will advice even my friends about this ******* company. beware never trust them.
