EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day my name Is Tshegofatso Phiri I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the service I'm getting from your finrite administrators and truworths support regarding my phone repair. I have been literally waiting for 7 months since I have reported that my phone is damaged and I have submitted everything that has been requested from me however till date I am still waiting. Funny enough they remember the date that the insurance debit order must come off but the forgot that my phone needs to be repaired. I even had to buy a phone because the useless company has been failing me and I even mentioned that this matter will be reported to hello Peter for an extremely poor customer service. I have been called and emailed by their employees and supervisors (Thando Mdaka, Lloyd Mokgwasa and Grace Mapeta) however still no luck... they just ripping us off for nothing since 2016 I have been paying for my cellphone.
