Extreme poor service

<p>Paying insurance for over a year for my cell. R69 A MONTH the top cover not the LCD is cracked and needed repairs ..they refuse to repair as they don't have the parts ( but take my money gladly knowing they can't repair it ) handed in the phone in Jan eventually after days of holding to get through eventually they tell me to fill in a claims form which was sent off 19 april have not heard a word from them and now holding on 3 days to try get hold again </p>
