Extreme Insurance ********

I gave this 1 star simplicity because I could not give it No star at all. Finrite Cellphone insurance is just ******** insurance. I lost my phone 3 weeks ago, since then I been calling without the phone keeps ringing without being answered. Twice I got lucky one of the administrators answered and said they are putting me through but no one answered. I sent couple of emails without response, while at it I receive a monthly invoice from them, the nerve. Up to now I have not received any communication from them and I still don't have a cellphone replacement.
