Excess Query

i have a cellphone insurance with them and my first claim has been the worst experience for me. I give in my cellphone for repairs and i noticed that the excess was not inline with my policy documents, when I called in they advised that the excess structure has changed and I told them that they have not notified me nor have they given me 30 notice that they are going to change the structure. I have no problem in paying the excess but I will pay according to the latest policy document I have received. This is so frustrating as am currently without my phone and would like this matter resolved urgently.
