Excellent Service

I would like to Thank Benny Johnson for an excellent and exceptional service. I was initially not happy with the service that I got from the Call Centre. But Benny went an extra mile to help me. He called me and left a voice mail . Then communicated with me on e-mail, promised delivery within 3-4 days. But it actually happened within 2days. Am very greatful and accept that I may have overreacted on my initial complaint. I trust that the exceptional service that I got, will also be experienced by other customers. Keep it up BennyJ...
