Excellent professional service from Happy

So many bad reviews about Finrite and I've had my bad experiences with them as well. But today I spoke to a consultant by the name of Happy and he was honest professional, knew what he was doing and kept to his word. Its rarely that you will find good customer service such as what I received and I'd like to thank Happy for his assistance today. You listened to my query and treated me like a customer not like another no in the call queue, you really are awesome please continue the good you do and I hope it rubs off onto your colleagues too. Your excellent service should be in management or training staff to provide the quality service you do then maybe Finrite will get positive reviews. I thank you Happy
