Excellent customer service

After weeks of dealing with finrite other customer care agents I was ready to give a bad review for the service received until I called in to Ntokozo Magagula who rapidly went out of her way to solve my query. Highly satisfied with her level of service and efficiency. She sorted me out where others have failed. She's a true ambassador of the company and I commend her work ethic.
