Enough is Enough

This is the worst insurance I have ever come across ...

Where do i begin , Let me start by saying that my phone has been in repairs with this insurance place for over a year and its been handed in for the same problem 4 times already .and i am still not in possession of the phone

I have submitted my claim with Foschini over a year ago , the phone was booked in for repairs and when finally after 6 months of the phone being in repairs was asked to collect the phone at the store and paying an access amount which was due before i was able to get the phone back .. When i arrived home to start up the phone , the phone could not switch on and it was still the same issue as when i first handed the phone in , I took the phone back to them and still i'am waiting for communication from the store to advise when i can fetch the phone for a second time , thus is 2 out of 4 times that i have had to claim with this insurance for the same issue

I still went ahead a 2nd time and bought my second phone for my daughter and took out the same insurance and after 6 months after i bought the phone I had to again claim back from the insurance ... I have been pushed from pillar to post for the past almost 4 months and still no communication from them again and i still don't have my phone ..

it is upright appalling and down right a waste of money to take out insurance with this company ...They have no way of dealing with a claim . I don't think that this company has any customer satisfactory in place . I cannot express how DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED I'am with Foschini and this insurance company ,, I want my 2 phones back and if they cannot send the phones then they need to offer me the option of taking out other phones .. I have been paying this insurance and phone off and there is no service from them what so ever....

THEY SIMPLY CANNOT FIX THE ISSUE , BUT I DEMAND A CALLBACK FROM A SENIOR WHO CAN SORT OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHY THESE PHONES ARE NOT GETTING REPAIRED ... AS WE ALL KNOW WE RELY ON CELLPHONES AND I HAVE HAD TO BE WITHOUT ONE FOR LONG ENOUGH ..MY PATIENCE HAS RUN OUT............
