Emty promises and Poor services

<p>I can't see how finrite can still have customers. I have never experience such poor service in my life. </p> <p>My claim was approved on the 06/ 01/2017 I phoned them everyday to ask when are they coming to collect my broken phone everyday they tell me tommorow or they will phone me back with an answer never ever phoned me back. Only 3 weeks later they came to collect my broken phone. A week went past no feedback from them, so I phoned them they told me they can't fix my phone so they will refund me with a new phone and they will delivered the new phone in 3 to 4 working days. 4 working days has past so I phoned them again they told me delivery will be tomorrow. I spoke to these people so often I know there names and voices by heart. Well 8 working days has passed and still waiting for my new phone.</p>
